  • Username: displayed to other players. You may choose a pseudonym.

We do not request or require your real name, phone number, or postal address to play the Game.

Purchases and Billing Information

If you make purchases through:

  • Apple App Store or Google Play → payments are processed by the store; we do not have access to your card details.

  • Stripe (Web / external purchase) → Stripe may collect your billing name, ZIP/postal code, email, IP address, and transaction metadata. We do not store or have access to full card numbers.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Game or interact with in-game ads, we and our partners may collect:

  • Device type, operating system, language

  • IP address and general region (not precise GPS)

  • Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS / AAID on Android)

  • Gameplay interactions, progress, session length

  • Crash logs and performance diagnostics

This information is collected to operate, secure, and improve the Game.

3. Why We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Game

  • Display player-related features like leaderboards

  • Verify and fulfill purchases

  • Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse

We do not sell personal information.

the Game may display a Consent Management Platform (CMP) before using data for:

If you are shown a Consent Management Platform (CMP) when starting the game, you may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the same CMP interface, in the ingame settings.

Users outside these regions are not shown the CMP, and ads may be non-personalized by default.

Account & Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and associated data within the Game:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deletion is irreversible and removes:

  • Gameplay progress

  • Account identifiers

  • Stored hashed billing identifiers (unless required for fraud/legal recordkeeping)

9. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will remove it.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards such as:

  • Encryption and hashing

  • Access controls

No method of electronic storage or transmission is fully secure.
