We respect your right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. To ensure the security of your data and prevent accidental deletions, we do not offer an in-app option for account deletion.

How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the deletion process, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: From the email address associated with your account, send an email to [email protected].

  2. Email Subject: Use the subject line: "Idle Horizons: Account Deletion".

  3. Email Body: You do not need to include any additional information in the body of the email.

What to Expect Next

  • Verification: Upon receiving your request, we will verify your account ownership via your email to ensure the security of your data. You do not need to take any additional steps during this verification process.

  • Processing Time: We are committed to processing and completing your deletion request within 10 business days, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Important Notes

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your deletion request during the 10 business day processing period, please be aware that we may not be able to recover your account.

  • Permanent Deletion: After the 10 business days have elapsed and the deletion process is complete, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
